WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

1. Book Your Initial Consultation

To begin your journey, you’ll need to book your first consultation with us.

If you’re seeking guidance on facial aesthetic options or wish to discuss your goals, please book a New Patient Consultation.

If you're more interested in skincare support and non-invasive options, we recommend booking a Skin Consultation with one of our Dermal Clinicians or Skin Nurses.

Please note: Due to TGA regulations, we cannot name specific treatments or brands on our website. Treatment pricing is available during your consultation only.

2. Paperwork & Clinical Photography

On the day of your first visit, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and clinical photography. This also allows time to relax before your appointment.

3. Your Personalised Consultation

During your consultation, your practitioner will take the time to understand your goals and assess your needs. Your health history will be reviewed to ensure any recommendations are suitable and safe for you.

4. Tailored Treatment Plan

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised plan aligned with your individual concerns and aesthetic goals. This may include treatment options, skin support, or home care guidance tailored to you.
