PMAC CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment are considered a late cancellation and will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made outside of 48 hours will have the deposit converted to a credit on your file, valid for 12 months. This credit is not refundable or transferable.

The cancellation policy applies even if you are unwell.

You can manage your appointment using the rescheduling link in your reminder email to avoid penalties.

Emails are not monitored over weekends, so please use the online booking system for urgent changes.
